Not So Secret Santa

This year I was involved in a Secret Santa at my work. My wife watched me sort out all the little trinkets and inspirational cards into 5 tidy piles. I then wrapped them and put post-it labels for each day of the week leading up the the main Secret Santa day (Friday - our last day of work before Christmas).

She said, somewhat mournfully, "I wish someone would be my Secret Santa". That gave me an idea.

I gathered a second collection of trinkets and small gifts that I knew my wife would like and carefully wrapped them and wrote cards.

Each day of the week leading up to Christmas she got a surprise gift from her Not-So-Secret-Santa.

She said that although the gifts were worth just a few dollars each, she felt very special to have her own Secret Santa.

I believe in Santa's Cause

Now that is the mark of a great Husband! Would have been nice if you could have kept it secret as to who Santa was, but still great ingenuity!
